I am a wife, mother, writer, artist, and corporate strategic planner. I have a challenging day job, which I love, and I dedicate a portion of my time to supporting not-for-profit efforts that improve the community. I seem to have stumbled upon a magical formula that allows me to balance the various components of my life and still find time to fiddle around with my Etsy shop, ElephantBeads, and my social media hobbies. “Hobby” is perhaps a nice way of referring to my addiction to synthesizing information, cataloging it, and sharing what I’ve learned.
Somewhere during the past few years I stumbled over an arbitrary borderline and turned 50. I also developed fairly severe intolerances to certain foods – including dairy, wheat, corn and eggs, among others. Needless to say, this has forced me to rethink how and what I cook.
This rambling background explains some of the topics you’ll find in my “Inspire” blog. I hope you find something here that will inspire or help you in some way. Enjoy!
